Global Account Management

Global Account Management Service aggregates all Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (“the Bank Group”) Global Account relationship in one view. It is a new online service that allows customers to link and view their accounts with the Bank Group from different countries and areas.
 
 
 
From single sign-in of Online Banking in Canada, you can,
  • View the balances and transaction history of all your global accounts with the Bank Group.
  • Make transfers between your accounts with overseas institutions of the Bank Group (“overseas accounts”)
  • Wire Transfer funds between your overseas accounts and your local accounts with the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Canada) (“local account”).
 Instructions
 

  • Log in the overseas Online Banking
  • Select the account you want to link to the Online Banking in Canada
  • Log in to the Online Banking in Canada
  • Confirm the account linkage application in overseas Online Banking
  • View all your global accounts with the Bank Group.
 
Note: If you want to transfer funds from the linked overseas accounts, please visit our branch to activate. Please remember that only the overseas account with password is eligible.
 
 
 
 

  • Log in to the Online Banking in Canada
  • Select “Global Account Linking Application”
  • Agree with the “Personal Global Account Management Agreement”
  • Complete the information of the overseas account
  • Confirm the linkage on overseas Internet Banking
 
       The services is now available in Mainland China, Macau and Frankfurt. Amsterdam, Singapore and Thailand will be available later this year.
