Customer Service Representative
Position Responsibilities:
·          Provide quality customer service to new and existing clients
·          Complete customer transactions in a courteous, accurate and timely manner
·          Process counter transactions in a manner that meets customer expectations
·          Identify sales opportunities and make referrals to the sales team for follow-up and closure so as to meet business goals set by the Branch
·          Provide administrative support to Personal Banking Representatives and the Operations Officer
·          Be fluent in English and Mandarin OR Cantonese
·          Accuracy and attention to details
·          Proven customer service, sales, cash handling experience or equivalent
·          College Diploma or higher level of education achievement in relevant fields in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration 
·          Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and analytic skills
·          Proficiency with computers and software tools, the ability to quickly adopt our internal systems and software packages
·          At least one year work experience
