Register telephone banking in one of our branches to get convenient service by phone.
Our comprehensive suite of functions ensures that you are always up-to-date and aware of your account activity:
  • Transfer funds between your own accounts and third party accounts within the Bank
You can transfer funds to your own accounts without limit. Or you can transfer funds to third party accounts within the Bank with single transaction limit of CAD 25,000.00 or equivalent and daily limit of CAD 50,000 or equivalent.
  • Foreign Exchange
You can perform foreign exchange in CAD, USD and CNY)
  • Check balances and transaction history
You can check your account balance and transaction history at any time to monitor your accounts.
  • Report bank card loss
If you lose your debit card, you can report loss through Telephone Banking.
  • Activate debit card
If your debit card is locked and you cannot visit our branches, you can activate your debit card by phone.
  • Roaming services

If you are outside Canada, you can dial the local toll-free hotline. Then choose “8, Roaming Service”. Your call will be connected to our Customer Service Representatives serving for ICBK Canada without long distance charge.
